About Effect Medspa

Tara Adams is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner certified through The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners National Certification Board. She also holds a Critical Care Registered Nurse certification. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree through South University in Savannah, Georgia where she graduated with highest honors.

Melissa Young is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and certified aesthetic injector. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from College of Saint Mary, then her Masters of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from the University of West Florida, both with summa cum laude distinctions.Melissa has always had a love for aesthetics, and is passionate about ensuring clients are thrilled with their results.

Bri Harris serves as The Effect’s Director of Business Development, managing the company’s local business expansion, strategic marketing initiatives and social media. Bri has over 25 years’ experience in the health care industry with a focus on aesthetics as a non-clinical health care professional.

Amy Lindahl is the Spa Manager at The Effect and has over 20 years’ experience in management in the health care field. She comes to us from a busy physical therapy clinic where she was in a leadership role overseeing the daily operations and acting as a bridge between patients and healthcare providers.

Brianna Monteiro is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and has over 4 years’ experience in the medical aesthetics field. Prior to that she was a Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA working in direct patient care.
