Kelly is a local Jacksonville entrepreneur which own and operates a multitude of businesses that focus on health and wellness. She holds a graduate degree in physical therapy and an undergraduate degree in exercise and sports medicine. Prior to owning her own businesses, she served as the executive director of a national therapy provider network and as director of operation for more than 20 outpatient therapy centers. She is passionate about prevention and believes that overall wellness impacts a person from the inside out.
Her passion in prevention and wellness led her to work internationally, which broadened her understanding of clinical technology, approaches, and interventions used in other parts of the world to care and protect our whole self. Her desire to continue her research and focus on providing advanced wellness innovations to clients facilitated Kelly’s departure from the corporate world and establish her own practice(s).
As a working mom, wife, and caretaker to family members, I more than not place myself last. “I wanted to create a place of luxury and pampering. I wanted our Med Spa focused 100 percent of our attention on our clientele; educating them on the major differences in a spa verses a medical aesthetic center (Medspa) and its higher clinical capabilities. Our role and passion is to educate the why there is such an importance on skin health. Consultations and clinical visits allow us a clinical opportunity to educate and treat using a very customized approach to skin health intervention and future management. I believe that sharing and providing an in depth look at non-surgical medical aesthetics services and the benefits each brings to you will allow you and your clinician to choose your desired path to. My passion is assisting others create a personalized journey to overall wellness.” That is what The Effect MedSpa does.
Kelly is very active in the community, as an adjunct professor, as well as a member of community foundations, certified as a Women Owned Business, and many other business organizations. A true mentor and leader, Kelly Ingram-Mitchell is passionate about helping others achieve their best.
